Cathy Fallon was so helpful in finding an Adult Care home for my mother. I so appreciate all the knowledge and legwork she did, to make it a rather easy and quick decision for me.
I was lucky enough to be referred to Alec Williams by another facility that didn't accept Medicaid. He helped me so much with finding the best fit for me! He asked all the right questions about exactly what I was looking for and helped save me so much time by not having to call each location asking if they take Medicaid, do they have a private room etc..I'm now living in an assisted living facility that is absolutely perfect for me, thanks to Alec Williams help!!!! And this service is free?! How was I so lucky? I'm very grateful and thankful!
Cathy Fallon was fabulous! My mom has Lewy Body Dementia and was declining quickly. We needed to move her from Assisted Living to Memory Care as soon as possible, but it had to be the right place with caring staff, engaging residents and close to home so we could visit her frequently. Cathy went out of way to help us explore the various types of care facilities and find one that was right fit for mom. She spent time getting to know my mom first in her home setting and then showed us several possibilities with valuable insights. It really helped us zero in on the right fit for my mom. Our mom is happy now in a great community and we can finally be her daughters again instead of her caregivers. I highly recommend Cathy.
We were referred to Angela Rose when we were trying to find a new home for our Dad when he was to be discharged from acute rehabilitation. We live across the country and were not familiar with the process or the local facilities. Angela was so empathetic and responsive, despite the time zones, and worked so hard finding a memory care bed for him. Thank you for your caring support and for being our local expert!
